As a Senior Technical Support Specialist, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional support to our customers, ensuring they receive the best possible experience with our Cloud applications.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in troubleshooting Change Healthcare Radiology Solutions products, specifically around the Archiving subsystem. You'll be responsible for providing second-level support to front-line teams, monitoring and resolving escalations, and collaborating with internal and external departments to ensure timely and efficient resolutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a senior technical resource for Support and Services team members
  • Assist in troubleshooting on-premise PACS software
  • Monitor and ensure accuracy of all escalations and requests
  • Research and investigate new issues and workflows
  • Analyze and consider impacts of decisions and changes on interconnected systems and workflows

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 1+ years of experience troubleshooting Change Healthcare Radiology Solutions products
  • Cloud and GCP experience
  • HL7 and DICOM experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven solid communication and customer services skills
  • Demonstrated continuous desire to learn
  • Ability to coach, mentor, and train
