We are seeking a skilled Heat Web Press Specialist to join our team in Mississauga. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our heat web press equipment to produce high-quality printed materials.

Responsibilities:
  • Set up and operate heat web presses to produce printed materials
  • Load and unload materials onto the press
  • Monitor press operations to ensure proper functioning and make adjustments as needed
  • Perform routine maintenance on the press, including cleaning and lubricating parts
  • Inspect printed materials for defects and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Manage and train team members to build team capacity
  • Contribute to production planning process
Requirements:
  • Previous experience operating heat web presses preferred
  • Knowledge of press operation techniques and procedures
  • Familiarity with different types of printing equipment and tools
  • Ability to read and interpret job orders and specifications
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to perform quality checks
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot press issues
