Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at A&W. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and establish methods to meet work schedules.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, prepare budget and cost estimates, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and maintain a positive customer experience.
  • Team Management: Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys, establish work schedules, and maintain a high level of teamwork and communication among staff.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
Work Environment:

Fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. Must be able to work under pressure and maintain a high level of productivity.
