Retail Store Leadership Position

We are seeking a seasoned Store Manager to spearhead our retail operations in Barrie, ON.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership qualities, with a proven track record in retail management. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, driving sales growth, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, sales performance, and staff scheduling.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed store goals.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures, including cash handling and budgeting practices.
- Analyze sales reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Lead regular staff meetings to communicate goals, updates, and provide ongoing training.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in retail management or a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
- Solid understanding of budgeting principles and retail sales strategies.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
