About the Position:

The Relief Camp Attendant is a key member of the Det'on Cho Management LP team, providing support to our camp operations in the Northwest Territories. As a relief staff member, you will be responsible for adapting to the needs of our clients and mine sites, working in various departments such as Janitorial, Kitchen, and Housekeeping.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining a clean and safe work environment
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and colleagues
  • Follow supervisor's instructions and guidance to fulfill job roles
  • Be flexible and willing to work in different departments as needed

Requirements:

  • Ability to work 12 hour days in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and maintain a positive attitude
  • Self-motivated and energetic individual

Additional Information:

  • Proof of COVID-19 immunizations is required
  • Pick-up point for this position is limited to the Northwest Territories
  • WHMIS, First Aid, or safety certification is an asset
  • A security and medical clearance will be required prior to site assignment
  • Shifts are typically 2 weeks at a time
  • Relief employees must accept a minimum of one rotation every 3 months
  • Relief employees are not eligible for medical benefits
