About the Role

The Sourcing Group Manager is a senior leadership position responsible for driving the seamless delivery of goods and services requested by company personnel in support of the company's business. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage a team of sourcing analysts, oversee cross-functional teams, and develop and execute sourcing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of sourcing analysts to accomplish established goals and conduct personnel duties
  • Oversee multiple cross-functional teams in developing and executing sourcing strategies
  • Develop and manage standards, policies, targets, and category strategies
  • Negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships
  • Liaise with global leaders to ensure strategic programs are well represented in the regions and countries
  • Manage all deliverables to an established timeline, service delivery level, and savings target
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in strategic sourcing and procurement
  • Proven experience in program management, including reporting and analysis
  • Demonstrated knowledge of eProcurement tools and systems
  • Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
