Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Coordinator to join our team at Parsons Corporation. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our construction projects, from planning to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and identify potential quality issues.
  • Review and approve subcontractor documentation and quality control plans.
  • Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement quality management systems.
  • Perform physical inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain quality records and reports.
  • Provide training and guidance to subcontractors and project staff on quality procedures and protocols.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure quality expectations are met.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in construction quality assurance or a related field.
  • Certification as a Professional Engineer, Engineer in Training, or a certified Engineering Technologist.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
