At IKON Complete Inc., we are seeking a skilled System Administrator to join our team in Toronto, ON. As a key member of our HR and Recruitment function, you will be responsible for the administration, support, and ongoing maintenance of our Microsoft Dynamics platform.

The successful candidate will have strong understanding of Dynamics 365 architecture, customization, and configuration, as well as excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills with meticulous attention to detail.

This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and manage the Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment.
  • Stay updated with the latest Dynamics 365 features and best practices and implement them as appropriate.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation related to system configurations, processes, and procedures.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within the Dynamics 365 environment.
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal & written.
