Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Master Jewellers. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
- Manage and maintain accurate records and databases
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks and maintain accurate financial records
- Supervise and coordinate the work of office staff and volunteers
Requirements
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
