Job Title: Housekeeper

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Flordeliza Razo Felongco. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our clients' homes.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong attention to detail. If you are a motivated and organized individual who is passionate about providing exceptional service, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, make beds and change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries, stock linen closet, clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, pick up debris and empty trash containers, launder clothing and household linens, and perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain a positive and professional attitude.
  • Security and Safety: Ensure the security and safety of our clients' homes and property, and adhere to all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Transportation and Travel: Travel to clients' homes as required, and use public transportation or other approved methods to travel to and from clients' homes.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work in a fast-paced environment, lift heavy objects, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Personal Suitability: Possess excellent oral communication skills, be punctual, dependable, and flexible, and have a strong sense of initiative and judgement.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Hours: 30 hours per week.
