Job Summary

We are seeking skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team as Nursing Specialists for Complex Pediatric Care. As a Nursing Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality respite care to children with complex medical needs in the comfort of their own homes. You will work collaboratively with families and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless support and continuity of care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one overnight respite care to children with complex medical needs
  • Manage CPAP/BiPAP therapy and provide related education to clients and families
  • Work closely with families and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Participate in training and education programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to a dynamic and supportive team environment that fosters growth and development

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience working with pediatric populations with complex medical needs
  • Valid practicing license with BCCNM (British Columbia College of Nursing Professionals)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends
