Job Description

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing cheques for payroll, and maintaining general ledgers. They will also provide support with tax returns, financial statements, and other statistical reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must have 1-2 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field. They should possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as proficiency in MS Excel, QuickBooks, and Simply Accounting. A college diploma or equivalent education is required.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks. The successful candidate must be able to maintain attention to detail and work under pressure. They should also be comfortable using technology and learning new software systems.
