Job Title: Landscape Worker

We are seeking a reliable and physically fit Landscape Worker to join our team at M LeBlanc Lawn Care & Landscaping. As a key member of our outdoor maintenance team, you will be responsible for assisting with landscape constructions, weeding, pruning, and trimming trees and plants, cutting grass, raking and collecting refuse, and removing litter and garbage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with landscape constructions and installations
  • Weed, prune, and trim trees and plants to maintain a neat and tidy appearance
  • Cut grass and maintain lawns to a high standard
  • Rake and collect refuse, and remove litter and garbage from the work site
  • Operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment, including backhoes, forklifts, and tractors
  • Apply fertilizers and other treatments to plants and lawns as required
  • Repair and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Water and tend to plants, lawns, and gardens as needed
Requirements:
  • Physical ability to lift, bend, and carry heavy loads
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues
  • Dependability, efficiency, and reliability
  • Ability to operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment
Working Conditions:
  • Work in a variety of outdoor environments, including residential and commercial properties
  • Exposure to weather conditions, including heat, cold, and rain
  • Physical demands of the job may include lifting, bending, and carrying heavy loads
