Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist (IT)

We are seeking a skilled IT Recruitment Specialist to join our Talent and Workforce Management team at 2iResourcing.

About the Role:

  • The ideal candidate will translate our open roles into compelling job postings, managing quality throughout every phase of each job posting.
  • This includes pre-screening, coordinating interviews, follow-ups, debriefs, reference checks, offers, post-offer administration.
  • They will work with Job Boards, LinkedIn, social media on attraction & branding.
  • This role requires identifying creative sourcing strategies to ensure diverse candidate slates.
  • The successful candidate will help implement best practices, programs, tools, and fine-tune current processes to enhance candidate sourcing methodologies.
  • Responsibilities include preparing/conducting bi-weekly orientation sessions, submitting onboarding kits to hires.
  • This role also involves coordinating Coop Student hires with post-secondary institutions.
  • The selected candidate will support social media efforts in advertising Innovapost's brand to the external marketplace.

About You:

  • You have a proven track record in technical recruiting history, preferably with 4-7 years of experience.
  • Demonstrated client service excellence in recruitment efforts.
  • Ability to push beyond what's expected, using new tools, techniques, and emerging technologies.
  • Organized and self-driven, detail-oriented, achieving results on time by independently creating process efficiencies.

Requirements:

  • 4-7 years of experience and knowledge within IT Technical recruitment history, hands-on recruitment experience.
  • Experience with Social Media Platforms.
  • Experience with HR Systems.

Education:

A university degree or higher in Business administration, Commerce, HR, or related field is required. An MBA is an asset.

Salary Range:

$85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
