  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead a team of associates to manage a portfolio of nationalized commercial customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and customer experience.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Monitor and analyze customer data to inform business decisions and drive growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 5-7 years of sales and account management experience.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a matrix organization.
  • Knowledge of supply chain and operations.
  • Fluency in English and French.
