Restaurant Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at TIM HORTONS BRIDGEWATER. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze financial data to optimize restaurant profitability and implement cost-saving measures.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and drive sales growth.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving profitability.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
