At the Dilawri Group of Companies, we're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Service Customer Care Representative to join our team. As a key member of our service department, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and promoting our services to existing and new customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers to promote maintenance services and other applicable services.
  • Manage inbound and outbound communications to schedule service appointments and maintain customer relationships.
  • Meet departmental scorecards to ensure quality expectations are met.
  • Ensure a clean and organized workspace.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Stay up-to-date on new products and services, their features, and customer benefits.
  • Develop positive relationships with customers, internal staff, and company leadership.
  • Perform other tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • Two years' experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Automotive call-centre experience or a related field is an asset.
  • Strong telephone skills and a friendly, cooperative attitude.
  • Ability to perform basic math and work in a team environment.
  • Excellent attendance habits and a presentable appearance.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to take ownership of problems and bring them to completion.
  • Secondary School Diploma.
