Job Summary:

Signature Liquor is seeking a skilled Sales Supervisor to lead our sales team and drive business growth. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of sales team members, analyzing sales data, and making informed decisions to optimize sales performance.

Responsibilities:
  • Hire and Train Sales Team Members: Recruit, hire, and train sales team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to meet sales targets.
  • Authorize Payments: Authorize payments by cheque and ensure accurate and timely payment processing.
  • Order Merchandise: Order merchandise and supplies as needed to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure adequate coverage and optimize sales performance.
  • Sell Merchandise: Sell merchandise to customers and promote products to drive sales growth.
  • Prepare Sales Reports: Analyze sales data and prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
  • Organize Inventory: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Supervise Sales Team: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales team members to ensure they meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and high-pressure sales targets.
Requirements:
  • Secondary School Graduation Certificate: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • 1-2 Years of Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales or a related field is required.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent oral communication skills and ability to work with a diverse team are essential.
  • Highly Organized: Highly organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to Work Under Pressure: Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Work Environment:

Signature Liquor is a dynamic and fast-paced work environment with a team of motivated sales professionals. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales team members, analyzing sales data, and making informed decisions to drive business growth.

Language:

English is the primary language used in this role.

Hours:

35 hours per week is the standard working hours for this role.
