Administrative Coordinator

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Euro Asia Transload Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and implement policies and procedures to maintain a well-organized office environment
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences to ensure accurate documentation
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines to optimize productivity
- Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Manage contracts and agreements to ensure compliance with company policies
- Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages to ensure prompt communication
- Answer electronic enquiries to provide timely support to clients and stakeholders
- Compile data, statistics, and other information to inform business decisions
- Advise senior management on administrative matters to ensure effective decision-making
- Respond to employee questions and complaints to maintain a positive work environment
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory to ensure a well-stocked office
- Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures to promote a positive work culture
- Oversee payroll administration to ensure accurate and timely payment
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems to ensure easy access to information
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism
- Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions to build a strong team
Requirements
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Permanent employment with 40 hours per week
- Fluency in English as the primary language of communication
