Haefner Consulting & Staffing seeks a skilled Sales Account Executive to drive business growth in the Canadian market.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a proven track record of success in sales. As a Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
About the Role- You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, develop strategies, and execute sales plans that drive revenue growth.
- Your primary focus will be on expanding our customer base, upselling, and cross-selling products and services to existing clients.
- You will also be responsible for managing sales activities, tracking progress, and reporting to sales leadership.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, including regular communication, problem-solving, and issue resolution.
- Educate customers on the value of our technology solutions, highlighting how they can improve business efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and goals.
- A minimum of 0-1 years of sales experience in the technology industry.
- Post-secondary education in a related field, such as business, marketing, or communications.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and performance. This is a full-time position based in Canada, with opportunities for professional growth and development.
