About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Services Director to join our team at Walia Foods. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an individual with excellent leadership and administrative skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Direct and advise staff engaged in providing records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources or other administrative services.
  • Hiring and Training: Hire and train or arrange for training of staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Budget Planning and Control: Plan, administer and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment and supplies.
  • Reporting and Evaluation: Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring excellent organizational and time management skills.

Requirements
  • Judgement and Organized: Strong judgement and organized skills are essential for this role.
  • Team Player: The ability to work effectively as part of a team is critical.
  • Language: English is the primary language used in this role.
  • Hours: 40 hours per week.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is between $60,000 and $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Additional benefits include a comprehensive health insurance package and opportunities for professional development.
