About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at the Basilian Fathers of Toronto. As an Office Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing administrative support to our staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to our staff, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
    • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries.
  • Office Management
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities.
    • Ensure the office is well-organized and maintained, including cleaning and maintenance tasks.
  • Communication and Customer Service
    • Provide excellent customer service to our clients and stakeholders, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
    • Communicate effectively with staff, clients, and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
  • Technical Skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    • Experience with data entry and record-keeping.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience
    • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry.
