Department: Manufacturing

Shift: Second shift (4:00 p.m. - 12:30 a.m.)

Training: First shift (7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.) for approximately 1 month before moving onto second shift.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform all responsibilities in areas of hand assembly.
  • Perform inspection of assembled boards.
  • Uphold the company's core values of Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and Teamwork.
  • Demonstrate behavior consistent with the company's Code of Ethics and Conduct.
  • Report quality problems or defects to manager or senior management.
  • Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent desired.
  • Able to use small hand tools and microscope.
  • Must be able to read diagrams/product schematics.
  • Ability to effectively read, write, and communicate using the English language.
