Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Lead Teacher to join our team at Engineering For Kids of Windsor. As a Lead Teacher, you will play a vital role in inspiring the next generation of engineers and scientists by delivering engaging and interactive programs to children aged 4-14.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality programs that align with our curriculum and meet the needs of our students.
  • Support the Lead Teacher in preparing supplies and materials for programs.
  • Encourage student participation and engagement through warm-up activities and individual support.
  • Practice excellence in teaching and strive for continuous improvement through reflection and evaluation.
  • Provide instruction that caters to the unique abilities of every student.
  • Demonstrate initiative by seeking additional training and further education opportunities.
Primary Duties
  • Support Engineering For Kids classes in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Be approachable and responsive to students, parents, and staff.
  • Follow policies and procedures of the franchise location, including safety protocols and dress code.
