The estimated salary for this role is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

We are seeking someone who is highly detail-oriented, able to maintain accurate records and reports, and has a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the movement of goods, materials, and equipment within the warehouse and between locations, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.

This role involves working closely with other departments, including sales, purchasing, and operations, to ensure seamless logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate deliveries and pickups: Arrange for transportation and handling of goods, materials, and equipment in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records: Keep detailed records of shipments, receipts, and inventory levels, using computerized systems and manual records as required.
  • Develop and implement efficient logistics strategies: Analyze data and identify opportunities for improvement, implementing changes to reduce costs and enhance efficiency.
  • Communicate with customers and stakeholders: Respond promptly to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide updates on shipment status and arrival times.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a logistics or related field.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, proficiency in computerized systems and manual record-keeping.
