We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Lead Commercial Strategist at Cella. This position requires a deep understanding of fundraising and direct-response TV (DRTV) strategies, as well as excellent creative leadership, project management, and presentation skills.

About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing high-performing DRTV campaigns that drive results for our clients. Your work will involve overseeing the creation of commercials, collaborating with internal teams, and sourcing external talent to ensure exceptional quality and timeliness.

Responsibilities
  • Campaign Development: Develop and execute DRTV campaigns that meet or exceed client expectations in terms of engagement, conversions, and ROI.
  • Team Management: Collaborate with in-house editors and graphic designers to deliver high-quality commercials within tight deadlines.
  • Talent Sourcing: Identify and engage freelancers and external agencies to complement our internal capabilities.
  • Project Coordination: Maintain master production schedules for all clients, ensuring timely delivery of projects and minimal delays.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in fundraising, with a strong background in DRTV marketing and branding.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to fast-changing creative environments.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
What We Offer

In exchange for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
