About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Mumbay Grill. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes, as well as maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies to ensure a well-stocked kitchen
  • Prepare and cook meals to the highest standards of quality and presentation
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective operations
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety
  • Order supplies and equipment as needed to maintain a well-stocked kitchen
  • Maintain accurate inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
  • Clean and maintain kitchen and work areas to ensure a safe and healthy environment
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a kitchen environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects
