We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Clerk Supervisor to join our team at the Camrose Motel. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for supervising hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining a positive work environment.

Job Responsibilities- Guest Services: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to guest complaints, and resolve issues promptly.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and train hotel staff, including housekeeping, front desk, and maintenance personnel.
- Operations Management: Oversee daily hotel operations, ensure efficient use of resources, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Proven experience in hospitality management or a related field;
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills;
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently;
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset.
