**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Director to lead our distribution and warehousing strategy and execution as part of the Canadian Supply Chain Leadership Team. This role will be responsible for creating a safe, efficient, and best-in-class distribution network in the baked goods and snacking industry.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Orient space utilization, inventory accuracy, and productivity across the warehouse network.
  • Continuously refine network design and cost structure.
  • Establish and track KPIs, driving operational effectiveness and supporting logistics and sales teams with tools and insights for a best-in-class route-to-market operation.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, engineering, business, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, distribution, and warehousing, with 7+ years in management.
  • Strong CPG experience, ideally in food and/or DSD environments.
  • Expertise in Canadian distribution, unionized workforces, and systems like WMS, TMS, Oracle, SAP.
  • French language skills are an asset.
