Job Description

The Customer Solutions Coordinator plays a vital role in facilitating the order entry process, ensuring seamless communication between GHX and the ERP system. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities to provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately and efficiently process orders, including order entry and confirmations, EDI/GHX order management, and estimates.
  • Bridge orders between GHX and the ERP system, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Solutions Team to achieve shared goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 2 years customer service-related experience requested.
  • Basic to Medium Microsoft Office skills required.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with order entry ERP systems an asset.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrates strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
