Zurich Insurance Company is currently seeking a Senior Claims SIU (Special Investigations Unit) Investigator to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to build your knowledge and experience in a supportive environment where your voice matters.

This role offers a chance to work on highly complex, sensitive, or high-exposure investigations within an assigned geography or Line of Business. You will be responsible for conducting research, gathering information from various sources, and interviewing witnesses. Additionally, you will maintain impeccable documentation and provide investigative reports to stakeholders.

As a Senior Claims SIU Investigator, you will play a critical role in ensuring that all claims fraud risks are effectively and efficiently governed and managed. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with external agencies, secure information, and data relevant to individual investigations.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess in-depth knowledge of claims processes, regulations, and statutes in the assigned territory. You should also have excellent Microsoft Office skills and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree and 7+ years of experience in professional investigations involving other financial crimes or insurance claims investigation with a law enforcement agency area. Alternatively, you may have a High School Diploma or Equivalent and 9+ years of experience in the same field.

Estimated salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
