Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our medical staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interviews and Case Histories: Conduct thorough interviews with patients to obtain accurate case histories, facilitating effective treatment and care.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring seamless coordination between patients, medical staff, and other relevant parties.
  • Claims and Records Management: Prepare and submit insurance claims, maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Filing and Inventory: Maintain organized filing systems, order supplies, and manage inventory to optimize office efficiency.
  • Office Procedures and Correspondence: Establish and maintain efficient office procedures, prepare correspondence, and enter medical reports into electronic systems.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate;
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in a medical setting;
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills;
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word;
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality;
  • Fluency in English;
  • 37.5 hours per week workload.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, as well as:
