Job Summary

We are seeking a Full-Time Occupational Therapist to join our team at Lifemark Health Group. As a collaborative care specialist, you will work with a dynamic, inclusive, and interdisciplinary team to provide holistic care to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess client's physical and/or cognitive functioning within the clinic setting.
  • Conduct job demands analyses, functional capacity evaluations, cognitive abilities evaluations, ergonomic assessments, attendant care, and pre-employment assessments.
  • Create and implement individualized treatment plans based on analysis and clinical reasoning.
  • Utilize e-charting software to document treatment sessions.
  • Collaborate with the inter-professional team at your clinic.
  • Supervise Occupational Therapy students (as preferred).
  • Network with all stakeholders to promote Lifemark OT programs.
Requirements
  • Previous experience treating clients with physical, neurological, and/or mental health conditions.
  • Demonstrated commitment to post-graduate professional development.
  • Previous experience supporting auto insurance, long term disability, and WSIB referrals is a strong asset.
  • Experience supporting occupational rehabilitation is a strong asset.
  • A valid driver's license and have access to a reliable vehicle.
