We are seeking a detail-oriented Paralegal Specialist to join our team at Montgomery Miles & Stone Law Firm. As a key member of our legal department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our lawyers and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our lawyers and staff, including preparing and maintaining files, records, and documents.
  • Correspondence: Prepare and distribute correspondence, including letters, faxes, and emails.
  • Calendar Management: Manage and coordinate calendars, including scheduling appointments and meetings.
  • Client Communication: Communicate with clients and other stakeholders, including responding to inquiries and providing updates on cases.
Requirements
  • Education: Post-secondary education in a related field, such as business administration or paralegal studies.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a legal or administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
