Job Title: Office Manager & Finance Administrator

Cascadia Partners is seeking a part-time Office Manager & Finance Administrator to support our Vancouver office.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to oversee office operations, manage administrative tasks, and provide financial support to our team.

Responsibilities
  • Manage office supplies, coordinate maintenance of office equipment, and ensure a professional office environment.
  • Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.
  • Review and manage revenue, produce reports, and ensure timely filing and payment of GST and corporate tax installments.
  • Provide administrative support to senior management, including scheduling, correspondence, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate and organize office events and meetings, including catering and venue arrangements.
  • Maintain and organize office files and records, both physical and electronic.
  • Liaise with external vendors and service providers to ensure smooth office operations.
Requirements
  • Finance background with experience in bookkeeping, GST, corporate tax installments, and revenue management.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and accounting software.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and create an inclusive environment.
  • Effective time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
