Advisor, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Specialist

Vancouver Coastal Health is seeking an experienced professional to lead the implementation of equity, diversity, and inclusion initiatives. As an Advisor, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion, you will play a key role in advancing the organization's commitment to a diverse and inclusive workforce.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address systemic barriers and biases.
- Design and deliver training programs to educate employees on diversity, equity, and inclusion best practices.
- Conduct program evaluations to measure the effectiveness of equity, diversity, and inclusion initiatives.
- Build partnerships with community organizations to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Master's degree in a relevant field, such as social sciences, business administration, or education.
- 5-7 years of experience in equity, diversity, and inclusion program management, change management, or a related field.
- Lived experience with diversity, inclusion, and equity considerations.
