Job Overview

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive psychosocial assessments, treatment planning, and interventions using a variety of modalities, including crisis intervention and family counseling.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate services and develop effective care plans.
  • Maintain accurate clinical and statistical documentation, ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures.
  • Engage with community agencies, families, and caregivers to provide education, support, and advocacy.
Requirements
  • Degree in Social Work, Clinical Counselling, or a related field from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum one year's experience working with geriatric psychiatry clients in a psychiatric and/or community mental health setting.
  • Eligibility for registration with relevant professional associations.
  • Valid Class 5 BC Driver's Licence and access to a personal vehicle.
Compensation

The salary range for this position is CAD $42.27 - $52.81 per hour. We offer a competitive compensation package that reflects the value we place on our employees' skills and expertise.
