Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Crisis Intervention Specialist to join our team at the Charles J Andrew Healing Centre. As a key member of our staff, you will work closely with clients to provide individualized support and guidance in overcoming addiction and related issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Counsel clients on a one-to-one basis, providing empathy and understanding as they navigate their addiction journey
  • Develop and implement personalized intervention plans to address clients' specific needs
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify underlying causes of addiction and create targeted treatment strategies
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate required; post-secondary education an asset
  • Experience working in a crisis intervention or counselling setting is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential for building rapport with clients
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Compensation Package

As a valued member of our team, you will receive a competitive salary of $**$65,000 - $85,000 per annum**, depending on experience. In addition to your base salary, you will also be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision coverage, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
