We are a dynamic company seeking an Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events, as well as scheduling appointments and providing customer service.

Job Description
  • Coordinating Events: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events to ensure their successful execution.
  • Scheduling Appointments: Schedule and confirm appointments for various stakeholders, including clients and colleagues.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by answering telephone calls, responding to electronic enquiries, and resolving customer complaints.
  • Data Entry: Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate records and databases.
Requirements
  • Education: A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: While experience is an asset, it is not mandatory.
  • Languages: Fluency in English is essential.
  • Work Hours: The selected candidate will work 40 hours per week.
Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is between $45,000 and $60,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. This figure is based on industry standards and the requirements of the position.
