Job Title: Transportation Logistics Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transportation Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Etminan Trading Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the movement of supplies and materials between departments, compiling orders and instructions received from customers, and revising the type and quantity of materials required for production and other projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the movement of supplies and materials between departments
  • Compile orders and instructions received from customers
  • Revised the type and quantity of materials required for production and other projects
  • Monitor the movement of supplies and materials
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Maintain work records and logs
  • Coordinate traffic flow of supplies
  • Prepare and maintain progress reports
  • Provide customer service
  • Follow-up on issues with work orders
  • Keep track of shipments
  • Knowledge of cross-border dispatching regulations and practices
  • Organize and maintain inventory

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience
