Bilingual Administration Assistant

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Bilingual Administration Assistant to join our team at BMO. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional client service and support to our Investment Advisors and branch operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and organize client databases and files to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to provide exceptional service and support.
- Follow established risk and compliance processes to ensure the safeguarding of client assets and confidentiality.
- Perform administrative tasks and complete standardized tasks under supervision.
- Escalate issues as needed and provide problem-solving support within given rules and limits.
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary degree in a related field of study is desirable.
- Bilingualism in French and English is required.
- Basic knowledge and skills in verbal and written communication, organization, and collaboration are essential.
What We Offer:
BMO offers a competitive salary range of $31,600.00 - $40,600.00, as well as a monthly discretionary bonus. Our total compensation package includes performance-based incentives, discretionary bonuses, and other perks and rewards.
