We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Professional to join our team at Pacific Towing and Recovery in an urban setting.

Job Summary:

  • This is a permanent full-time position with a salary range of $45,000 to $65,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Office Administration: Review and evaluate new administrative procedures, delegate work to office support staff, establish work priorities, and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  2. Co-ordination and Planning: Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  3. Budget Management: Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  4. Reporting and Communication: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.

Requirements:

Education and Experience:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.

Work Environment:

  • Private sector
  • Urban area

Supervision:

  • 1 to 2 people

Computer and Technology Knowledge:

  • MS Excel
  • MS Office
  • MS Word
