Overview

Teranet Inc., a global innovator in electronic services and solutions, is seeking a Senior Product Analyst to support the efforts of analyzing, reviewing, and evaluating system and customer needs. As a key member of the team, you will document product requirements, define business scope and objectives, and develop systems that align with overall business strategies.

About the Role

You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, design functional solutions for Teranet products, and identify and resolve project issues. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Gathering information from stakeholders to document functional, system, and/or data requirements.
  • Articulating business, market, and user needs through the creation of user stories.
  • Conducting ongoing competitive and technology assessments, creating recommendations, and defining features to address market opportunities.
  • Collaborating with team members in developing specifications to create unit and integrated test cases and assisting in the analysis of results of unit and integration testing.
  • Facilitating requirements gathering workshops and documenting high-level process maps to identify workflow optimization and client satisfaction improvement opportunities.
  • Performing system analysis for the design of enhancements to improve usability based on user feedback.
  • Providing support to the sales organization regarding sales demonstrations and other assistance needed through the sales process.
  • Evaluating data formulated in conjunction with the Product Analyst and applying the results in influencing the direction of product offerings and business decisions.
  • Developing core data sets that promote accurate product analyses. Converting complex data and findings into understandable tables, graphs, and written reports.
  • Monitoring and forecasting marketing and sales trends. Measuring the effectiveness of Teranet product offerings and strategies and relying findings to leadership teams.
