Estimated Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per yearJob Description:We are seeking a talented Sales Representative to join our team at TELUS Communications. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for communicating effectively with customers, demonstrating excellent direct selling techniques, and providing product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate superior sales skills, including the ability to engage customers, build rapport, and close deals.
- Respond to customer inquiries, research, resolve, and follow up on customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assess customer needs and provide appropriate recommendations and solutions.
- Maintain and update customer service database to ensure accurate documentation of all transactions and interactions.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to achieve sales goals and objectives.

- Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to empathize with and prioritize customer needs.
- Effective problem-solving skills, including decision making, time management, and prioritization of tasks.
