Opportunity Overview
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Insurance Account Representative to join our team. As an Insurance Account Representative, you will play a vital role in developing leads, scheduling appointments, identifying customer needs, and marketing appropriate products and services.
About the Role
This is a full-time opportunity that offers a competitive base salary with commission and bonuses. You will work closely with our agent to establish and meet marketing goals, provide prompt and accurate customer service, and work collaboratively with our team to achieve success.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs.
- Customer Service: Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Marketing: Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Sales Experience: Sales experience, preferably outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing, is preferred.
- Requirements: Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas is preferred.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills are required.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary.
- Problem-Solving: Proactive problem-solving skills are essential.
- Customer Service: Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.
- Multitasking: Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Presentation Skills: Ability to make presentations to potential customers.
- Licenses: Property & Casualty license and LLQP License are preferred but must be obtained.

Estimate Salary: Based on location (Cornwall, ON) and industry standards, the estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
