SAS Production Services Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Creative Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our production crew, you will be responsible for maintaining corporate social media accounts, organizing media assets, and curating high-quality creative content.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Adobe InDesign, Adobe Premiere, and social media platforms. Strong written and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

In this position, you will also be responsible for managing video assets, formatting layouts for director treatments and sales pitches, and assisting with production research. If you have a passion for film, television, photography, and TV commercials, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain corporate social media accounts and organize media assets
  • Curate high-quality creative content and visual research
  • Manage video assets and format layouts for director treatments and sales pitches
  • Assist with production research and coordinate crew and equipment
  • Perform administrative tasks such as maintaining office supplies and coordinating conference calls

Requirements:

  • Adobe InDesign and Adobe Premiere proficiency
  • Social media expertise and strong written and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Familiarity with Mac computers and Microsoft Excel
  • Possession of a valid Ontario G or G2 driver's license
  • Recent graduate from a media or design program (entry-level position)
