Hospitality Ambassador

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Morning Hostess to join our team at Bar George. As a Morning Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Flow Management: Effectively manage restaurant flow to maximize seating capacity, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for our guests.
- Communication and Teamwork: Collaborate with Servers, Bartenders, and Managers to maintain proper guest flow throughout the restaurant, taking ownership and empowering others to achieve our goals.
- Guest Engagement: Warmly greet guests, engage them in conversation, and seat them accordingly, creating a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere.
- Reservations and Administration: Accurately take and confirm reservations over the phone and in person, modify guest status in Open Table, and develop a briefing sheet before each shift to inform co-workers of shows, concerts, special events, and NBs.
- Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.
- Adaptability and Teamwork: Be a team player, open to other duties as assigned or required, and remain flexible in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to Detail: High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all aspects of the role.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure and effectively communicate with guests and team members.
- Organizational Skills: Organizational skills and ability to multi-task, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
- Minimum 1 Year Restaurant Experience: Minimum 1 year restaurant experience, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and working in a fast-paced environment.
