Job Title: Office Administrative Assistant - Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant - Coordinator to join our team at Samaruppal Transport Ltd. As an Office Administrative Assistant - Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the activities of the HR department, arranging and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events, and providing administrative support to the team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization's goals
  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including answering telephone calls and relaying messages
  • Oversee the preparation of reports and maintain accurate records
  • Advise senior management on administrative matters
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
