In this key role, you will lead a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences at Turtle Jack's Muskoka Grill. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and maximizing revenue growth.
About the Role:- As a seasoned hospitality professional, you will spearhead daily bar operations, guiding your team to provide unparalleled service quality.
- Your goal is to increase sales, boost guest satisfaction, and develop future leaders through coaching and training.
- You will manage budgets, labour costs, and beverage expenses to drive long-term profitability.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency, maintaining high standards of quality and consistency.
- Foster a positive, inclusive work environment that encourages teamwork and innovation.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and forecasts to inform data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as AGCO standards.
- At least 2 years of experience in restaurant management or a related field.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong knowledge of financial management, including budgeting and cost control.
- Achievement of Smart Serve certification is a must.
- Possess a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
