About this role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Relationship Development Professional to join our team in Burnaby. This individual will play a key role in strengthening our relationships with existing customers and identifying new business opportunities.

Your responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve annual sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing value-added solutions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet customer expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date on company products and services, ensuring accurate knowledge to provide to customers.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and build relationships with potential clients.

Your experience and skills:

  • A minimum of 5+ years of sales and relationship development experience in the controls/DDC industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at all levels, including executive and C-level.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent presentation and influencing skills.
  • Strong networking and prospecting abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven individual.

Salary range: $95,000-$115,000 per year, plus a competitive total compensation package. Actual salary will commensurate with experience, skills, and overall match to the position offered.
